Nollywood comic actor, Alhaji King Babatunde Ayinla Nurudeen Olasunkanmi Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe, has been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, with substances suspected to be hard drugs concealed in his stomach
Baba Suwe was apprehended last night at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, southwest Nigeria, by NDLEA officials as he attempted to board an Air France flight to Paris, France.
According to NDLEA sources, he was on his way to Paris to act as a master of ceremony in a naming ceremony of an Air France staff scheduled for Saturday.
The Air France staff (name withheld) has also been arrested, according to NDLEA sources.
Baba Suwe went through the scanning machine at the airport and substances suspected to be drugs were seen hidden in his stomach, NDLEA sources said this morning.

I do’nt no what is doing dis man he cauht 4 another time. God we help us in dis country.the main thing dat always doing dis our celebrity is that the money they a’ve is not always enough 4 dem they want more more money this is a disgrace 4 nollywood industry.
This is a disgrace to the film industry and the nollywood industry entirely.
I thought the actors should be part of people that should be fighting against crime in their various professional field respectively but they are the one committing the crimes ……. May GOD save Baba Suwe from this Mess … But funny enough Nigerians will never lean their lesson .. Banishing the image of this great Nation …it painful seeing your Love one destroying your treasure ……
It unbelievable,why baba suwe will involve in dis cocaine again upon wat happen to wumi last term,i think baba suwe dont know wat his doing,bcos money u disgrace urself,u dat suppose to be advising will ur children by not involving in bad habit.
